SINGAPORE SWING: Our Egg-less Kaya made with fresh pandan is nothing short of a miracle. Made with a secret recipe to achieve the right level of gooeyness, it spreads marvellously on buttery French toasts, freshly made Belgian waffles or scones. Best part, we use no eggs to create this addictively soft and smooth spread which your animal-loving friends may enjoy guilt-free as well!

Crafted with original recipes by The Miramar Group's Culinary Director and Chef Advocate of r é n Chef Sheldon Fonseca, each of the unique recipes is inspired by the chef’s life journey spanning Indian heritage home-cooking memories, culinary career origins in London, and Asian twists influenced by his career path tracing the tropical islands of Indian Ocean before he finally anchored in Hong Kong.
